Did your farm or ranch pay for repairs to its John Deere Equipment since January 10, 2018? Did it sell Fed Cattle directly to Meatpackers between June 1, 2015 to February 29, 2020? Did you buy crop protection products or fertilizer between 2018 and now?

If so, you may be owed significant money. Class action lawsuits have been filed against some of the largest suppliers of Agricultural Equipment, makers of agricultural chemicals and fertilizers, and purchasers of Cattle. All of these cases allege violations of federal antitrust laws, and resulted in anticompetitive prices.
